Here you will find the answers to some the most common questions we are asked about our car hire services:
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You should have received a confirmation e-mail at the end of your booking. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
Can I choose the fuel type of the vehicle?
Unfortunately, we are never able to confirm the fuel type. If you have a preference you can express this, and we will try our best to meet your request.
How can I book two (or more) vehicles?
If you require more than one vehicle you need to make two bookings under the names of the main drivers. We require one reservation per vehicle. We cannot book more than one car on the same booking.
How do you calculate the hire period?
The cars are hired and charged for each 24-hour period. If your drop off time is later than your arrival time, this will be charged as one day’s rental.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know as soon as possible. If the cancellation is within 24 hours of your arrival you will need to email and call. The telephone number is: 0034 664269440.
What should I do if my travel plans change?
We will always do our utmost to accommodate any changes to your plans, but we do need to be advised at the earliest opportunity.
Do I have to purchase insurance cover?
No, but it is advisable. If the car is damaged during the hire period you will be liable for €1000. (€1500 for Opel Zafiras)
Where do I collect the car from?
Our agents meet you on site at the airport for both pick up and drop off. We will provide you with full instructions and their contact details with your contract. For more information have a look at our locations page.
What do I need to bring along when I hire a car?
You need to bring your driving license and the contract, and the instructions on where and how to collect the car from our agents.
Who can drive the car?
Only persons listed as drivers on the hire contract can drive the car. If you are not named on the hire contract you cannot drive the car.
How do I pay for my car rental?
There are three options: You can pay on collection at the airport, in Vera or by Bank Transfer. Please note that we do not accept payment by debit or credit card.
What should I do if I’m involved in an accident?
Fill out the accident form and get the other driver’s details. Contact us to advise us of the accident/damage.
I need to reserve a child seat/booster. How and when do I book one?
You need to request this when making your booking.
Is it possible to include a roof rack for the car in my booking?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide roof racks. Please make sure that you book a vehicle with sufficient boot space for your luggage.
Is smoking permitted in your rental cars?
Can I carry pets in your rental cars?
Can I take the rental car out of Spain?
I have not received the confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check that you provided the correct e-mail address. If you made a booking more than 24 hours ago and you have not received a confirmation email, the most likely possibility is that the email was blocked by the Anti-Spam service of your email account. Please, check that the confirmation email is not in the “SPAM”, “Junk Mail” or “Unwanted Mail” file of your email account.
